Tomato may be out of season, but you roast some canned plum tomato's in paprika and it can transport you back to Tomato season! Criminally slept upon, we are here to give Polenta the spotlight it deserves! It's filling but not dense, creamy yet not rich - some would say the perfect partner to a crisp cured pancetta. We pair this with the best of the season's vegetables, sometimes zucchini, squash, carrot or blistered tomato. Glazing it in our own hot honey to finish it all together for a light but filling dish.
