I'm Calum and I'll be your chef.

Originally from England - I moved over to the US to follow my passion of cooking high quality food and sharing that with everyone who wants to try it.

I've worked in America's leading restaurants, bakeries and farms from New York to Texas and now in the beautiful state of North Carolina.

I adamantly believe everyone should have access to beautiful dishes designed with the finest ingredients - without the stress and expense of going to restaurants. I don't hate restaurants. I have cooked in some of this nations finest. I just think there should be a happy place between luxurious fine dining and the efficiencies of home cooking.
